Lucy Fortson, Associate Professor and Associate Head at the University of Minnesota School of Physics & Astonomy, will discuss the education framework for Zooniverse and efforts to have students and members of the public participate in further analysis of citizen science data. Dr. Fortson is a co-founder of Zooniverse (zooniverse.org), the world’s largest platform for volunteer, people-powered research.
